This is truly a great city when the need is there. The Birchmere with very little time pulled together an incredible event that raised over $100,000 towards both the Kevin Shifflett Reward fund and an educational scholarship in Kevins name. A number of restaurants were there to provide an array of delicious food. All credit should go to the Bircmere for all their efforts and the fact that everything from the bar proceeds to the hall and music was donated. Special thanks to Country Singer Martina McBride who donated her performance to an appreciative audience. |
